One of the main reasons people enjoy dining and working at Shorty Small's is we believe in having fun on the job! We keep it lively and exciting for every one. It's not the only reason however. We are very proud to have what we feel is the most caring staff in the restaurant industry. They've given the phrase "above and beyond" an entire new meaning! One of the special things our staff is involved in is a fun but meaningful program called "Create a Story" in which stories are written about some of those "extra little things" they take such pride in doing.
